Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you do with Thenexi — websites, AI requests, domains, email, forms and integrations — and to your team members.
1. Prohibited content
Do not create, publish, store or send content that:
- is illegal where it is published or accessed, or promotes illegal activity;
- sexually exploits or endangers children, or is sexually explicit content without age-appropriate safeguards and lawful basis;
- incites violence, terrorism, hatred or harassment against people or groups;
- infringes copyrights, trademarks or other rights, including pirated software or media;
- is deceptive: phishing, fake login pages, impersonation of people or brands, fake reviews or testimonials, scams, pyramid schemes or misleading health or financial claims;
- contains malware, cryptocurrency miners, exploits or code designed to harm visitors or systems;
- sells or promotes illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods or other regulated goods without the required licences;
- discloses other people’s personal data without a lawful basis (doxxing).
2. Prohibited activities
- Spam: sending unsolicited bulk or commercial email, using purchased lists, or using contact forms or mailboxes to send mass messages.
- Abuse of the platform: attempting to access other customers’ data, bypassing limits, probing or attacking our systems or providers, or using the Service for denial-of-service attacks, open proxies or scanning.
- Misusing AI: trying to make the AI produce prohibited content, extract secrets, or circumvent its safety rules; using AI output to deceive people about its origin where disclosure is legally required.
- Domains: registering names to infringe others’ trademarks (cybersquatting) or to impersonate organizations.
- Resource abuse: using hosting, storage or email in ways that degrade the Service for others (for example file hosting unrelated to your website, or excessive automated requests).
- Unauthorized integrations: connecting WordPress sites, cPanel accounts or mailboxes you are not authorized to manage.
3. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and, depending on severity, remove content, unpublish websites, block email or AI use, suspend or terminate accounts, and report illegal activity to the authorities — without refund where the breach is serious. Where reasonable, we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix the issue.
4. Reporting abuse
To report a website, email or domain that breaks this policy, contact support@thenexi.com with the address and details. For copyright complaints, include identification of the work, the infringing material, your contact details and a statement that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
